The assembly consists of 570,640 contigs arranged into 369,495 scaffolds yielding a combined assembly length of 1.4 Gb. Currently the contigs have been submitted to GenBank (the scaffolds will be available soon). So this is the first opportunity to see the scaffold information. Both contigs and scaffolds can be downloaded and the scaffolds are available for Blast searching.
